How and when your song reaches you

Mantra is a fully digital service.

Every song you create on Mantra is delivered electronically—there is no physical shipment, no courier, no waiting for a parcel.

This page explains how delivery works so there are no surprises.

1. Delivery Method

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • Your song is generated and delivered through your Mantra account
  • You can listen, refine, share, and download it directly from the app
  • A confirmation is sent to the email address on your account

There is nothing to ship physically. Your song lives with you, online, in your account.

2. Delivery Time

Mantra offers two ways to create a song, and delivery time depends on which one you chose:

  • Compose — AI-generated songs are typically ready within a few minutes of successful payment.
  • Craft — Songs curated and polished by the Mantra team are delivered within 24 hours of payment, with WhatsApp updates while we work on yours.

In rare cases, technical issues or platform load may extend Compose delivery from a few minutes to a few hours.

If a Compose song hasn’t reached you within 24 hours of payment, or a Craft song hasn’t reached you within the promised 24-hour window, please contact our support team and we will resolve it.

3. Sharing Your Song

You can share your song using a secure share link, on WhatsApp, Instagram, or anywhere you’d like.

Songs are private by default until you choose to share them.

4. International Delivery

Because Mantra is a digital service, your song reaches you wherever you have internet access. There are no shipping zones, no customs charges, and no extra fees beyond the price of the song itself.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your song is delayed, missing, or appears incorrectly delivered:

  • Please first refresh the app and check your email
  • If the song is still not available, contact our support team

We aim to acknowledge such requests within 24 hours and resolve them quickly. Where a technical failure prevents delivery, our Refunds & Satisfaction Policy describes how we make it right.
