Mantra exists to help people create something meaningful—not just complete a transaction.

1. First-Time Customer Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time paid customers.
This is designed for users trying Mantra for the first time and trusting us with an important moment.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- This is your first paid song with Mantra
- You are genuinely dissatisfied with the experience
- The song did not feel meaningful, accurate, or special enough
- The issue could not be reasonably resolved through support or revision
We review refund requests fairly and individually.
We believe good faith should be met with good faith.
2. We’ll Try To Improve It First
Before a refund, we usually try to make the song better.
Often, a small change makes all the difference.
We may help with:
- Lyric refinement
- Emotional tone adjustments
- Better voice fit
- Genre or mood improvements
- Fixing details that feel inaccurate or missing
We would rather fix your experience than lose your trust.
3. Technical Issues
If a payment succeeds but your song is not delivered correctly due to a technical issue, we will prioritise fixing it.
This may include:
- Regenerating the song
- Restoring missing access
- Fixing billing issues
- Correcting failed deliveries
Examples of clear technical failures include:
- Song generation that remains stuck for more than 30 minutes
- Service unavailable for more than 24 hours after a successful payment
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error
If the issue cannot be resolved reasonably, a refund may be provided where appropriate.
You should never pay for a broken experience.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Some situations may not qualify for refunds, including:
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Repeated misuse of refund policies
- Violations of platform rules
- Deliberate misuse of generated content
- Cases where benefits were fully consumed with clear malicious intent
- Dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate or incomplete details provided at song creation (we are happy to help you regenerate with corrected inputs)
These situations are rare, and we review them carefully.
Our goal is fairness, not rigidity.
5. Refund Processing
We aim to be fast and clear at every step:
- Initial support response within 24 hours of your request
- Investigation and decision within 2–5 business days
- If approved, the refund is issued within 5–10 business days
- Bank or card statements may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to reflect the credit
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method.
We will communicate clearly during the process.
